2022 CA Fire Foundation Grant

We are extremely excited to announce that we were awarded a grant from the California Fire Foundation to purchase training fire shelters and a training trailer! The trailer will be used to store and transport our fire training gear like shelters, tools, rescue mannequins, and CPR dummies. Additionally, it will carry tables, chairs, coffee makers, and other training necessities!

The grant also included training fire shelters to help us recertify annually. Fire shelter training is critical for wildland firefighters, even if we hope we never have to use them.

The California Fire Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, provides emotional and financial assistance to families of fallen firefighters, firefighters and the communities they protect.

2019 Live Fire Training

2 Days of Live Fire training for 8+ departments. With a grant from State Farm Insurance and CSFA, we were able to bring the Kelseyville burn trailer to our community.

2019 EVOC

The EVOC is designed to test a driver’s ability to handle their rig in a controlled environment. Backing up, sharp turns, diminishing lanes, and more.
